Registration for the 2010 - 2011 Season
Registration for the 2010 -2011 season will be held on Tuesday September 14th and Tuesday September 28th at Recreation Park in Clayton from 6:30 - 8:00. You may also register by mail.

In order to register a player you will need the following:
5 At least 50% of your registration fee and your choice of fund raising options. (Click here for a description of our fundraising options this year.)
If your child played for another association last year, you will also need to proved a signed copy of the Player Release Form from that association.
If you are not able to register with USA Hockey On-Line you will need to fill our a Waiver of Liability Form and include that with your registration Packet

As a part of the registration process we strongly encourage that your register on-line with USA Hockey before registering with Thousand Islands Youth Hockey. After completing the USA Hockey registration process, print out your confirmation number because you will need to present that number when you register.
