The 2008-2009 season has began and there is a tremendous amount of excitement about some of our new ventures this year.

Learn to Skate / Mini Mite Program

Numbers for the Learn to Skate / Mini Mite program have continued to grow this year. We are still accepting those interested in taking part in this program. Those interested should contact Laura Schafer (200-2160) For more information on our Learn to Skate program download the flyer below..

2008 - 2009 Learn to Skate / Mini Mite Program Information

Mites

This year Thousand Islands has two Mite teams. The Mite Blue team is made up of 7 and 8 year olds and the Mite Yellow is made up of 6 and 7 year olds. To schedule games for the Mite Blue team contact Tricia Bannister (686-5236 cell 778-7436) and for the Mite Yellow team contact Debbie Barnes (658-2354).

Squirts, Pee-Wees, Bantams and Midgets

Thousand Islands Youth Hockey and the Watertown Hockey Association are combining effort this year at each of these levels. Through this cooperative effort there is three Squirt teams, three Pee-Wee teams, two Bantam teams and one Midget team.
